1. where do you ship?
we deliver to the european union and more than 110 international destinations, including the united states, uae, australia and canada. see the full list at checkout.
2. how much is shipping?
• european union – express insured courier 3,99 €
• international – express insured courier 4,99 €
standard delivery is offered free on orders of 120 € or more.
3. how long does delivery take?
eu orders arrive in 4–10 business days. international orders arrive in 6–12 business days. a tracking link is sent as soon as your piece leaves the atelier.
4. do you cover duties and taxes?
all duties and vat are included for our customers.
5. can i return or exchange?
yes. you have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item. email support@arcangellis.com for a prepaid label. once received, we refund within five business days or ship your chosen exchange.
6. what warranty do you offer?
every arcangellis bag carries a two-year craftsmanship warranty. we repair stitching, hardware or edge paint free of charge. contact support@arcangellis.com with photos and your order number.
7. what materials do you use?
our outer shell is certified vegan leather backed with recycled cotton. hardware is gold-tone alloy. all materials come from lwg-audited partners.
8. how do i care for my bag?
store it in the dust bag away from direct sun. wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. avoid prolonged contact with dark fabrics that may transfer colour.
9. are your drops limited?
yes. we release each colourway in small, numbered batches. if an item sells out you may join the wait-list for the next drop.
10. what payment methods are accepted?
visa, mastercard, amex, paypal and klarna pay-in-three at checkout. all transactions are ssl encrypted.
11. can i change or cancel my order?
email support@arcangellis.com within one hour of purchase and we will do our best. once the courier collects, changes are no longer possible.
12. do you offer custom engraving or monogramming?
